Is this a workout that I’ll be sweating from?

Not necessarily — this breath work-based movement practice is designed to increase circulation in a lightly energizing way. Our practices are meant for all body types at all fitness and accessibility ranges.

What are classes like?

Breath-focused movement classes are offered depending on the programming. Mat pilates, yoga, and qigong classes are at the core of our offerings.

Qigong is the parent of Tai Chi, similar in the ease of movement but even simpler than some postures. The movements incorporate breath work and focus your attention. You will leave feeling grounded, calm, and present.
